Our services are free for Buyers. Our fee is paid for by the builder or the seller. But as a Buyrer's agent, we will neither work for them nor have any contract with them. This is an Illinois Real Estates law. When you go to a builder, they work for themselves and takes care of their interest. This is true when we work with a Seller. The listing agent represents the seller and tries to get maximum benefit for the seller from the business transaction. So it is always beneficial for you to work with an Agent.
